JUAN CANDIOTI
Original Music / Musical Direction

Born in Santa Fe, he is a musician, composer and actor. He studied Music with Julia Elena Peressón and Nestor Vallejos, Singing and Guitar teachers respectively. He studied orchestral conducting and cello at the Higher Institute of Music of the UNL.

Since he was young, he has worked in the cultural sphere of his city as a musician and actor in various music, theater and musical theater ensembles. He was part of Polimúsica (youth group), Grupo Escaramujo (Latin American music, as a multi-instrumentalist) on tours throughout the country and the old continent, also accompanying, with this formation, the UNL Choir and choirs from Europe in “La Creole Mass” by Ariel Ramirez.

He has composed songs and has been part of “La Gordini” (Children's music orchestra), “El cuarto de Máquinas” (theater), Tutìteres (puppets), Municipal Puppet Theater (composition “Amor con Plumas” and “Río deltale” and currently part of the stable cast), Matecosido productions (composition for audiovisuals "Osvaldo Catena Hermano de Todos" and the series of documentaries "La patria enterprising"). Likewise, the "Vecinal Guadalupe Oeste" Orchestra and the "National Program of Children's Orchestras" Violoncello were part of the faculty, accompanies singers such as Itatí Barrionuevo, Patricia Barrionuevo and singing students of Professor Luciana Tourne (with whom she also shares , the work “Tango has the shape of a Woman”.

He is a musician composer of Operetas Only Musicals with a long career in musical theater and who has to his credit numerous works published and performed as an independent production and many others in the pipeline.  

 

It is the 2010 mask award, granted by the Secretary of Culture of the Municipality of Santa Fe in recognition of the trajectory.  He was part of the cast and co-Musical Director of "Espiritu Traidor", a Santa Fe production of the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Santa Fe, under the direction of Ruben Viani.
